Dental audit tool

Please note that the Dental Audit Tool is a separate tool from the Quality Improvement Tool (QIT).  Downloading the Dental Audit Tool will not give you access to QIT.  Please click here for details on how to access QIT.
 

The new Dental Audit Tool will be available in the next few weeks and it will contain some essential improvements and updates.  It will also be compatible with any audits that you may have carried out using the original version of the tool.

Changes include:

·         A modified question set to reflect the changes in the HTM mainly around storage times

·         HTM 0105 has been reviewed and the tool will reflect these changes

·         Revision of software analysis to identify non compliance with Best Practice if separate decontamination room and washer disinfectors are not available.

IPS is unable to offer any technical support with this audit tool. There is a detailed Frequently Asked Questions sheet available above which should cover any technical queries you may have.
