Please note that we will not be displaying hardcopy posters at this
year’s conference. It is therefore vital that your poster PDF is
submitted on time. See the ‘Virtual Poster’ section on this page for
further details.
All posters must be portrait - landscape posters will not be
displayed.
You must declare any conflicts of interest on your poster.
Posters are a representation of your submitted abstract. You may not
amend the title after acceptance.
To be considered for a poster talk you must submit your completed poster to IPS in a PDF format no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 7th September 2021. These will be sent to the poster talk leads to select the posters they wish to hear a short talk on. You will be notified the week prior to conference if your poster has been selected as a poster talk. You can submit your poster PDF with the button below.
Submit PosterPlease note that we ask these to be submitted in link format (e.g. via Dropbox)
On day of the talk, poster talk presenters should make themselves known at the poster desk onsite. There are 3 poster talks taking place simultaneously, you will be shown the poster talk pod you will be speaking in and provided with the name of your poster talk lead. Your poster will be display on a large plasma screen behind you and you will have 3-5 minutes to talk about your poster, followed by time for questions. Poster talks are grouped by submission topic and you will be provided with the date and time of your poster talk upon notification you were successful.
As per above, you must indicate whether you would like to be considered for best poster prize and a poster talk no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 7th September 2021. If indicated, your poster PDF will be sent to the judges. A short list of 5 - 10 posters will be decided prior to conference, shortlisted posters will be notified by email and a label will also be displayed by your poster. Shortlisted posters will be judged prior to conference, the winner will be announced during the final session. The prize is a free delegate registration at next year’s annual conference.
Note: You cannot submit your poster PDF for only ‘best poster prize’ consideration. By putting yourself forward for best poster prize, it is assumed you are also interested in giving a poster talk.
Below you will find three templates available to assist you with completing your poster. These templates are only a guide; you do not have to use them.
