Hi All. For all of our patients having neurosurgery involving contact with high risk tissue, we ask the CJD risk questions as per Annex J (re growth hormone, previous brain/spinal surgery, family history etc. ) . Is your hospital still doing this?

Has anyone developed a new starter to IPC competency framework or assessment / induction booklet?
