Does anyone have audit tools for environmental audit for:

in patient hospital wards and out-patient clinics?

theatres?

Candida and CPE screening

PPE

Hand hygiene

Hospices

I am keen to review our current ones which are quite long and time consuming.

I would be interested in seeing your hand hygiene audits if possible? We would have environmental tools I work in a private clinic with outpatients and theatre room and recovery if that would help?
