Nothing unfortunately, but some of the national work is directly linked to IPC roles. All our recent challenges haven’t shown anything different from the national issues the NHS faces, and exit interviews have largely been for promotion, or predominantly to return to roles that are ‘hands on’ again, particularly retention of band 6’s.
