Is anyone carrying out the SICPs audit using the NHS England audit tool. If so, I would be grateful if you could share how you manage data processing. I find the tool challenging when preparing reports across multiple wards or areas, particularly when reporting compliance at element level. Reporting for a single ward or area is straightforward, but combining findings from several areas is more difficult.
