Assessment tool when considering using a building, room or venue for clinical care or consultation outside of your Trust
As a community Trust providing a vast range of services at multiple locations, nearly all of which are grace and favour, we are looking at an infection prevention and management checklist to simplify, benchmark and provide assurance that these facilities are suitable. Is anyone out there using an assessment tool when considering using a building, room or venue for clinical care or consultation outside of their Trust and if so would you be willing to share?
