We are trying to develop an audit tool for healthcare workers such as community nurses to assure care in the domiciliary setting. Does anyone havean audit tool which covers this setting which they could share.
Additionally we found that variety of containers or no no containers are used to transport clinical equipment such as PPE, monitoring equipment etc much of which is bought from poundland or equivalent. Do you use standardised containers.
