Screening known CPE positive patients on readmission

Hi, just wondering whether anyone rescreens for CPE in patients with a known history of CPE on subsequent readmissions.   Do any Trusts de-escalate CPE precautions after a certain period and/or certain number of negative screens?  Thanks
