Join Infection Prevention and Control Canada (IPAC Canada) and the Infection Prevention Society (IPS) in a facilitated, interactive conversation on compassionate care. Dr. Kevin Stinson will lead a discussion with Julie Storr (IPS), Jennifer Happe (IPAC Canada), and the audience on applying IPC practices with a person-centered approach. The session will explore
- what compassionate care means,
- applying compassionate care across healthcare settings and jurisdictions, and
- the implications for people, healthcare systems and the future of IPC.
This session opens a dialogue on compassionate care and a panel discussion webinar will follow later in 2026.
