Any member wishing to submit an item or items for inclusion on the agenda must submit these to Lynne Duncan, Governance and Membership Engagement Manager one week prior to the date of the meeting.

Note: All members are eligible to attend. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM is entitled to appoint (using the instrument of proxy appointment form included with this Notice here) one or more proxies to attend and, on a poll, vote on their behalf.
To be effective, forms of proxy must the lodged at the Company’s registered office not less than 48 hours (excluding weekends) before the time fixed for the meeting, therefore please ensure all such completed proxy forms are lodged with the Company no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday 21 January 2026.
