Hi, does anyone know of any non-acute trusts that have introduced the gloves are off? We are keen to introduce this as part of our QI work and can only really find experiences from acute settings. We are introducing specimen fridges into our community wards as many specimens can be kept languishing between collections. We were wondering where these should be kept, considering space is always at a premium. The sluice seems wrong!?

Hi All. For all of our patients having neurosurgery involving contact with high risk tissue, we ask the CJD risk questions as per Annex J (re growth hormone, previous brain/spinal surgery, family history etc. ) . Is your hospital still doing this?
