Flora Haderer

About

Dr Flora Haderer has a medical background and a Master of Science in Public Health. Since 2019 she works as research associate at the Robert Koch Institute’s Centre for International Health, where she co-leads the development, implementation and evaluation of a novel training concept for infection prevention and control, the “Participatory Approach to Learning in Systems – PALS”. Flora has extensive experience in global health, health promotion, and crisis management, having worked with organizations like the Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières, and the Austrian Ministry of Health. A social justice activist at heart, she is committed to locally-driven and equitable initiatives, and facilitates participatory processes that foster more inclusive and just health systems.
