I am an experienced clinical specialist working in a complex, acute NHS Trust in Infection prevention and control. Specialist areas include healthcare ventilation & water safety, possessing detailed knowledge and experience of hospital ventilation systems and a key member of the Trust technical and strategic ventilation groups. Appointed as IPC Responsible Person for water safety within the Trust. A previous Clinical Leadership fellow with the East Midlands Clinical Senate, completing projects on various health challenges outside usual area of work. Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign practitioner with a portfolio of successfully implemented and sustained improvement initiatives demonstrating Trust-wide impact.
