If you become a member, we’ll keep your information as part of your membership record.

Member Information

When you become a member, we may collect: 

  • Full name 
  • Email address 
  • Phone number 
  • Mailing address 
  • Work address 
  • Professional interests 

Why? So we can deliver your membership benefits and tailor our services to your interests. 

How long we keep it: 

  • While you’re a member 
  • For 3 years after your membership ends

Event Records

If you attend one of our events, we may collect: 

  • Name 
  • Email address 
  • Phone number 
  • Address 
  • Dietary or access requirements 
  • A short bio (for speakers only) 

Why? To communicate with you about the event and follow up with information about future events, if you’ve asked us to. 

How long we keep it: 

  • 6 years for professional development (CPD) records 
  • 3 years for marketing purposes (if you opted in)
