Join us for the North East Annual Half-Day Symposium on 4 November 2026, taking place as a hybrid event, with the option to attend either in person at The Workplace, Heighington Lane, Aycliffe Business Park, Newton Aycliffe, or online.
This annual symposium brings together healthcare professionals and experts from across the region for a day of learning, discussion and networking. The programme will explore key infection prevention and control topics, including antimicrobial resistance (AMR), oral health, healthcare-associated infections, and regional and national developments in practice.
The event provides an opportunity to connect with peers, share best practice and hear about current challenges, innovations and developments within infection prevention and control. Those attending in person will also have the opportunity to engage with exhibitors throughout the morning.

Registration opens at 08:30, with the symposium running from 09:00 to 13:00.
